“After having our house on the market with another Estate agent for 16 weeks without any viewings we changed to the Purple Property Shop. In less than 24 hours they had a viewer who submitted an offer. The next day we had another viewer who submitted an asking price offer and accepted an asking price offer from the first viewer.”

“After having our house up for sale with another Estate Agent for 16 weeks without any viewers we changed to the Purple Property Shop. In less than 24 hours we had a viewer who has offered the full asking price. We also had a second viewer the next day who also offered the full asking price. “This was the 2nd time within 2 years that I have used the purple property shop to successfully sell 2 different properties . They gave an excellent service in all areas . The marketing of the properties was extremely well presented. Nothing I was too much trouble . Also the fees they agreed with me for selling the properties were by far the lowest I have ever paid ! Both properties were sold very quickly , at prices that I was very pleased with . Communication was superb ! the staff are all very friendly and eager to help . I was continually kept up to date with all aspects of the sale as things progressed .”

“The staff at the Astley Bridge shop have made my purchase easy. I have dealt with other estate agents and they did not come close to the personal service that the purple team provide. James and Lynne have dealt with all my questions and nothing was to much trouble for them. I purchased my property within 48 hours of it being on the market thanks to James securing an early viewing, for which I am grateful. I would highly recommend the Purple Property shop.They are pleasant and efficient and their customer service is excellent.”

“We were happy with the service we received from Purple Properties..The valuation we received was realistic and the photographer was very professional. Our house was advertised on Thursday and surprisingly it was sold by Saturday lunchtime.”

“I invited 3 local Estate Agents to come and value my property for sale, The Purple Property Shop were by far the most well prepared and thorough and talked me through the whole process and were very clear on what they could offer me and the costs options that were available. I have received curtesy phone calls, emails regularly informing and updating me on viewings and progress. The photos of my property are fabulous and show the cottage in its best light. Very happy with this company”

“Over the past few months myself and my business partner have been shown various properties for purchase in the Bolton area by the staff of the Purple Property Shop.
