“Everything is fine except i called you last Friday about the lock on the front door i couldn't lock it you sent someone to look at it they tried it and managed to lock it then they said there is nothing we can do because iv locked it if it's not broken can't fix it.its the barrel that's faulty and I'm still having problems with it struggling to lock it my wife had to stay home for 2 days because she couldn't lock it needs fixing a s.a p other than that everything is fine”

“From the beginning purple property shop have looked after us. They're friendly, effecient, caring and always willing to help to get your property sold however they can. Each member of the Bolton team have helped us sell our home, when one buyer dropped out they got another one within a week. They made our property stand out above the rest using quality photographs and floorplans. A good quality service you can rely on. Highly recommended.”

“Very friendly staff who are happy to help. The initial valuation and pictures were very good. Not sure how well the "Jump Start" programme works. Was promised at least 2 viewings through this scheme but so far haven't heard about anything coming through this scheme.”

Many thanks for your review. I can confirm your property was emailed out through the Jump Start programme. We do ask viewers how they found your property and it is often the case (but not always) they were emailed it through Jump Start but went to our website or one of the portals to view the property particulars before booking a viewing, so don't mention the programme as the first place they saw it. I can see you have had a few viewings and I am confident there will be more.

“Great service, very responsive and proactive. Played strong part in achieving a good price for the property. The property sale dragged on for a long time due to the buyers approach, but Purple Property were very proactive in pushing for completion. All personnel were very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Big thanks.”

“we have dealt with your Bolton branch and I have to say your acting Lettings Manager Natasha Taylor has been fantastic. We have not really been in this situation before as we have always owned our properties. She has made the process so very easy for us and she has had to put up with changes as we have gone along. “From our very first contact with The Purple Property Shop to arrange a viewing on a house, we were impressed with the friendly and efficient service and the willingness of staff to arrange a second viewing at very short notice so that we could submit an offer. This was my son's first property purchase and unfortunately there were a number of complications along the way and issues beyond our control and that of the estate agent that slowed the whole process down. Whenever I rang the Purple Property Shop, staff wanted to help and phone calls and emails were always answered really quickly. Whenever there was an update, Lynne let us know and kept us fully informed. We particularly want to thank Lynne, who worked really hard to ease the communication between the solicitors and without whom, I suspect the purchase may have taken even longer. I have no hesitation in recommending The Purple Property Shop - the level of professionalism and customer service really stands out. Thank you :-)”

“All the staff are very accommodating, professional in their field. Great 2 way communication which you need in what can be a stressful time. A fantastic price and a quick sale within 48 hours of the property being listed. One final reason for me using purple property was the fact that they're open 7 days a week, it's hard to find this service nowadays. I will be using you again when i sell my next property thank you Matt. Lynne and the team”
