“I can't recommend The Purple Property Shop highly enough. From my first enquiry about getting a valuation for our home right through to completion day, all of the staff went out of their way to be friendly, helpful and efficient. They always worked hard in my interest and secured a sale on my property within 28 days of it going on the market. I was kept updated and informed throughout the process and nothing was ever too much to ask of the staff. For me, one of the main assets of The Purple Property Shop is that they are a Bolton-based firm, rooted in the local community. They were able to give helpful and accurate advice throughout the process as they clearly have an excellent understanding of both the local area and Bolton’s housing market.”

“They helped us find a property which was appropriate. At times it was difficult to get through to the right agent but once we committed to a property it was easy to communicate. There was not a huge involvement after we selected a property and went through the process and got in touch only when we had to collect the keys”

“5* Service. This was my 2nd sale with The Purple Property Shop this year. Sold in less than 5 days after my first choice (wrong choice) agent has it for 20 weeks. It was advertised at the same price and the responce was over whelming. Sold at full asking price. A massive thank you to Danielle for truly brilliant pictures, to Sharon who did the viewing and Lynne for pushing it through as quickly as an did. The team at The Purple Property Shop have been fantastic and I hope to use them again for my next project. Keep up the amazing work.”
