“The appearance of these rugs is superb and I was extremely happy when I first put them down in my hall. However, after only a few hours I noticed that there were lots of "snags". My only thoughts are that the pile is not woven very well into the underside of the rugs and as they are walked on threads are being pulled out. They look quite scruffy now and I expect they will look rather thread bare very soon. I think this is my third purchase from The Rug Seller and I have never had this problem before. I would like a refund for these rugs to enable me to choose a different style. The company seem very efficient and the delivery was very prompt.”
