“I recently purchased two rugs from rug seller; they arrived quickly but I decided they didn’t fit in with the decor I have. So I contacted acted rugseller to return them. The process to return them was quite complicated and I had to ring them again for assistance with this. Thank am als having to contact them as they have not received the correct amount of refund for these so no I would not recommend or be using this company again!!”

“What a wonderful range of stock to choose from. Ordering is very easy and my items arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, what I had ordered was not suitable, so I returned them, which again was quick and easy. “Item arrived quicker than stated and in perfect condition, good mat for new kitchen floor, grips well on laminate. Only downside is I purchased through Topcashback and the transaction was declined, even though everything fitted the criteria perfectly, don't understand why! Nevertheless, looks good and does the job!”
