“The star coir doormat didnt looked more brown than grey so I was disappointed. I would have sent it back but the returns process wasnt easy so I will keep it. I should have read the returns policy beforehand.”

“Very disappointed, I purchased what was described in the listing as a Duvet set showing the picture of such but was sent a Pillowcase, on contacting the company they could not see how they had worded the listing wrongly and they dismissed my complaint altogether, not happy with this outcome but no point of a second contact as no success the first time around.”
