“Rug chosen for a gift and delivered directly to my mum. It arrived in just a couple of days and was well protected during transport, but still easy to unwrap. It’s a super quality vibrantly coloured rug which was great value for money. My cash back amount was declined however so this is in query as the Rug Seller had signed up to the scheme and I followed all criteria.”

We ordered them on 22nd Sept, were promised delivery within 10 days and they arrived in 5 days. They're non-slip, look great and we're very impressed.”

“I sent the rug back and it was delivered on wednesday 2nd at 9.45 and I am still waiting for the refund! I ordered a new rug on 30 September and paid for it and I am now being told it won't be in the warehouse until 15th October! Not very good at all,”
