“this rug was for us to take to our holiday home in Majorca and being custom made, it took a long time but was wirth the weight. I got a phone call asking when I wanted it delivering and it was so well packed, we didn't have to do anything else but stick a label on to take with us on the plane. Excellent service and quality”

“The star coir doormat didnt looked more brown than grey so I was disappointed. I would have sent it back but the returns process wasnt easy so I will keep it. I should have read the returns policy beforehand.”
