“I think it’s a bit of a joke charging $10 for shipping a small item such as a hard hat rear pad. It can’t weigh more than a few ounces.”

“I ordered two items and it took over 6 weeks to receive them. I had to call and inquire and they tild me it would be shipped in the next couple of days and that one of my items must have been on back order but there was no communication letting me know that. My purchase was over 500.00 and there was zero communication.”
