“Return policy is a joke. Only new items can be returned. $200 pants that last less then 2 weeks should be refunded. Clearly poor quality and they know it.”

“We had ordered two pairs of the fire fighter pants for our son who is a wildland fire fighter and out on a call, then found out we needed a different size, and needed them sooner than the delivery option we chose, so I emailed the company and working with Kelsey was fantastic! He was soooo helpful and patient as we figured out all the changes, he not only responded via email quickly, he called to confirm as well! Amazing customer service!!”

“As a retired firefighter I wanted to support my local Volunteer Fire Dept with some training materials. I ordered from the Supply Cache a bunch of IRPG's, 10's & 18's pocket cards and stickers as well as a bunch or LCES stickers for the whole department. Now when the firefighters get ready for the fire season they will have the safety cards and stickers as reminders for the fire line.”
