“The Forest Service needed to do a non-monetary award for a contractor. She is a Smokey Bear lover and we got the blanket with him kicking it at the fire. She loved it so much we are now getting some for our cache :)”

“Easily found this site on a search for Bullard helmets. Ordered what I wanted with no problem online. Had a question about the order and called. Nicole helped me out, answered my question and got the order on its way. Partial backorder was shipped when promised. Very happy with the customer service from this company.”

“I ordered a pair of White's Hybrid Boots. They came in quickly. I tried them on and they were a bit snug. I wore them around the living room for a few nights thinking they would stretch. They never did. I contacted Customer Service and they gave me all the info to return the boots. They sent me the next 1/2 size up. They fit great. I've used them several times this year and they just get better. Supply Cashe, your team has been great. Keep up the great work.”

Felix, It looks like we updated you on the backorder time of the item on your order that was holding up the shipping via email on 5/17. As the email stated the item was expected on 5/31, it came in sooner and your order shipped on 5/18. Please contact customer service at customerservice@supplycache.com and they will be able to provide you with tracking info.
