“I went back for the great price on Fireboss hose, unfortunately is was on back order for a while so I cancelled the order. The customer service was great, they handled the issue promptly, professionally and I got my remaining order and refund quickly.”

“Products are excellent. Prices are fair but shipping is slow and tracking of packages requires you to download a 3rd party app. I would like shopping from the supply cache a lot better if I just received a confirmation email with a link to the tracking like most other online retailers.”
