“You shipped me the wrong boot. These are the hawthorn explorers. I ordered and paid for whites line scout lace to toe. These are an inferior quality boot”

John, White's has always made this boot and are removing the Hathorn branding on their product. They do not have new boxes yet but these are genuine entry-level White's boots. If you want to upgrade, please look at the 400V series boot.

“Online I purchased am item that showed in stock. The next day I was informed that it was not. I tried calling twice days later and never talked to a customer service person. The phone went to voice message. I’m hoping that this can be resolved.”
