“Very happy with the customer service here at Supply Cache. We ordered firefighting gear from Canada and this company had no reservations about helping us with our order. In Canada, we find a lot of out-of-the-country purchases to be difficult or lack of enthusiasm from the sellers. Supply Cache was not one of those. “I ordered two pairs of pants. I generally fit in a 34 inch waist, these were a bit tight and I needed to go up to a 36. The return process was simple. To expedite it I paid for another set while they sent out my new order the same day. They arrived quickly and my refund was processed.”
