“I truly recommend the bird. I am very happy about my purchase. I had the chance to chat With Emma (which has been very kind and helpful to me) asked her to translate the invitation in Italian language and to make some changes. She answered back to me very quickly and helped me till the end. The quality paper and the magnet are perfect, simple but elegant. The package was sent with royal email, it tooks almost couple of weeks but it is easy to track the delivery. I gave 5 stars cause nowadays it isn't easy to find people that are so good at their work. Well done! Keep going!”

“I ordered because I'd seen next day delivery on Amazon, and needed a present for the next day. I messaged in the morning and they said they could do this. I then received a message in the afternoon saying the printer had broken. Great communication to tell me but too late for me to order anything else. The tea towel I ordered was fine.”

“It's perfect! Better than expected. Good size and sturdy enough. Personalised graphics on the pen pod are Excellent quality! It's a gift for teacher, and my daughter says her teacher will love it!!! And I received it next day!”

“My package arrived damaged.. The box was too small to package such a delicate wood piece, with no padding. pieces were peeking through damaged box. The tree has 3 broken branches, 2 just tips, one is a larger piece. Not happy!!”

“If there was a higher start rating such as Excellent, I would have chosen that as Very Good is not sufficient to describe the great service that The T Bird give and the quality of their products. The item I purchased was received extremely quickly and is fabulous and I feel sure that when my granddaughter gets old enough she will love it as much, if not more than I do.”
