“The personalised decanter I received was prefect as a birthday gift. There were some minor delays in the deliver schedule but these were communicated well and caused no issue. I was really happy with the product and level of service throughout”

“I was very pleased by the prompt response - a 'panic' requirement - as a joke - for a customised luggage tag, just before Christmas. I was a bit disappointed to discover the luggage tag had no facility to record the owners name / address but that's probably because I didn't read the description properly!”

“I absolutely love my caravan cushions, thanks to everyone at The T Bird that helped putting them together !! Excellent customer service, the picture was very blurry on my cushions and they very quickly replaced them with new ones. I will definitely recommend this company, thank you 😊”

“Ordered a personalised sausage dog bowl for our sausage dog called chip. Lovely bowl great design and chip especially loves it as he loves his dinner. Would order from Tbird again if I see something I like as it’s a nice quality product with a cute design also being personalised makes it hard to beat. Happy customer happy dog. 👍🏻”
