The items in the boxes were not worth the price. The shipping is at the end of the month and often not received until late the next month. I’ve had so many issues with things missing, not working, or so late that I gave up reaching out to customer service.
”

Cool items in the crates, and coincides with upcoming holidays and events keep the crates interesting. Very poor customer service! Needed assistance with an account issue, took many, many days to get a reply, and then no actual follow-up to assist after that. Ended up canceling orders due to the poor customer service! Talked to a rep over the phone and sent multiple emails.

I was sent the regular and wearable in the same crate. I have no idea what went with what. Emailed customer service who finally responded with, "that sounds right" after a week or so.

I live in Canada. I ordered this box for my wife as a gift. The shipping is terrible! It takes more than a month to receive a box after it ships. The current box she is waiting for shipped on April 24th. It is May 25th and she still hasn't received it. That paired with the exchange on the US dollar, this box was not worth it. We definitely won't be ordering again nor will I recommend this service to anyone.
