“The service from them is prompt and knowledgeable. I rang before my most recent online purchase to ask questions involving a external filter (fx4) and a fluval branded heater. The guy was glad to answer all questions and was even opening products to check if my information was correct, he did so as he said well you never know the second might ask the same question and now I will instantly know the answer. I was impressed the salesman even mentioned the fact that filter company flow rates as tested on empty filters with no head height that will reduce the flow of the filter. Not sure much more you could want from a company.”

“I think Tec Den is fantastic, the aquarium range range is ten out of ten, nice honest company.. I Received a refund because it worked out cheaper in postage 👍 Alway have some cool deals, but my most favourite this is the free mentos l receive 😀 Thanks tech den my fish tank is just about ready for fish..”
