Very good service however the red sea reefer led light shade did nothing to alleviate light spilling over the tank edges

Staff are rude and pick who they want to serve not who has been waiting and can clearly see you want to buy fish.

You only really get benefits from it if you order online. If you go the shop you don’t receive points on purchas

Arrived on time. Unit purchased is not functioning / faulty contacted Tech Den was told to contact there distributor Aqua Blue Distribution, which I did the. Was asked to email them the issue still have had no reply.

The service is disappointing. Some of the younger staff seem rather arrogant. While the store is big and has a good selection of stock, they are lacking in live plants. Based on the conduct of the staff, I won't be going back

Blocks were broken inside the box . Already sent them msg for replacement . Don’t like to keep the brttle bricks in my sump .

Everything was great other than one of the rotala which had some grey mold under the plant growing on the gel.

I don't understand why they can't turn the lights on in there shop, it is hard to view products, I have thought about bring a torch as a joke,I had to take a product over to fish tank light just to read it, I did not but fish in my last visit as it was to hard to get served in there tiny narrow fish isle

Service from you was fine. Your delivery times are pathetic. I know you will say it’s Australia paid and that it’s Covid… we as customers are sick of hearing that bad service is because of Covid. 17 days and still not here !!! Horrible and looks like I’ll have to buy local from now on.

Staff are helpful when I am there although I was given very bad advice about the purchase of a filter. Your hours on weekends are ridiculous as you seem to think no one works during the week. Only being open 10 to 2 and not taking phonecalls on weekends is very poor customer service.

Bought five rummy nose tetras , by the time i got home one had died in the bag and two more didn’t look to good, i rang for a refund which they are happy to exchange with receipt and photos, just not to happy they didn’t last half an hour in the bag and now only one out of five survived
