“Good response to telephone queries following on line order, quickly sorted out order and dispatched goods almost instantly. I have only bought from shop in person in the past and found the staff very helpful when I was starting out wood turning and was unsure of what to purchasebut would definitely trust distance ordering in future. “All items in stock, a disappearing aspect recently it seems. Delivery was next day, ignoring Saturday and Sunday, and was within the 1 hour slot as notified by DPD.”

“These people were great to work with-- I needed to add to my order after placing it, and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Shipped in a very timely fashion (I was surprised at how fast it got here to the States) -- and it came in perfect shape. I'd deal with these people again anytime!”

“It is a very informative website. Not everyone who ventures on to the site is confident of what items they are looking for or what is the correct tool for them but, a quick email with any questions or queries is promptly answered with helpful and courteous responses. “I cannot rate this business highly enough. Peter was extremely helpful to my husband when he was asking for some advice. I ordered a number of pieces as a birthday present to the husband. All arrived quickly and the stadnard was very good. Then when we discovered a very small mistake Peter could not have been more helpful in putting it right. I will definetely do more business with him and I recommend him to others”
