“How nice it is to have the personal touch when ordering by 'phone. To be told that the item you want has been picked while you are talking is most reassuring. The items ordered arrived as expected. I would visit the Toolpost in person more often but it is a long drive from my home and I know I can order with confidence by 'phone.”

“Great customer service, I sent an e-mail over Christmas and it was answered in a few days. Fast delivery ensured that I received my order in time for my husbands birthday on 5th Jan. Also Excellent quality and value for money .”

“we needed to find a christmas present for a die hard wood turner. The site helped us find some relevant books and he was delighted with both the books we selected. Delivery was fast and very efficient. My only adverse comment would be that they had put the invoice in beside the well packaged books so I hadn't found it all when I unpacked and wrapped the books. Easier to find paperwork in the parcel would be better for numpties like me!”

“Am not a "tool" person! Very friendly staff on the telephone who helped with me the purchase of vouchers - am told by the recipient they are lovely to visit Vouchers arrived very quickly, personalised with a greeting - no hesitation in recommending”

“Usually my orders come within a couple of days. Unfortunately, for ordering items that needed re-stocking, there was some delay in the process. eventually when the item was re-stocked it was not quickly associated my pending customer order. Fortunately, it was eventually noticed when I emailed to inquire about the delay. Otherwise, I am satisfied.”
