“The service is very prompt but the P&P is enough to make small items quite expensive. The Versachuck is simply terrific as are its various jaws. If Peter answers the phone the help and advice is very much appreciated but with your increased popularity that happens less”

“The items were delivered as promised and were well packed and in good condition. However, I found shipping cost of over £5 pounds for 2 small items (1/8" carbide burrs) that were sent in a standard sized envelope very expensive. I really wanted to buy more but was put off by the even higher shipping charge they were charging. So, I shall think again before ordering in the future. J Bardram”

“Great service, fast delivery, good value purchase. It'll be my first port of call in future. Be warned, the website is an absolute treasure trove for woodworkers - impossible to visit it without buying something! And lots of really useful advice and explanation.”
