“Five star all the way. Brilliant and very informative web site and absolutely everything you could possibly need. Placed order and within one hour, the communication keeping me informed started. Was very refreshing to have a regular update on delivery details. The product themselves (domestic and exotic wood blanks) arrived safely next day and the quality of the wood is the best I have ever seen having been turning for over 25 years.
