“Excellent service carried out in a very business-like manner which is refreshing in this day and age. Care was taken at almost every stage. One point I would make...The wrapping of the very sharp blade was not good at all. It should have been slid into a cork plug initially and then triple wrapped and tied.”

“I was delighted with my order. Leather knife strop with handle, flex cut polish compound and the basic curved whittling knife. All exceeded my expectations, ate top quality and the delivery was very speedy. I will be placing another order next week for my knives as was so impressed with this one. Thanks tool post. Tim”

“Usual good service. Ordered Saturday was delivered Monday. Only critical comment is that the knife blades seemed a little dull, nothing a good polish didn't sort out. That said it will not stop me ordering other tools from Toolpost. M”

“In the text on thee toolsets were described as "coming in a wooden box", but it showed up in a cardboardbox. Dissapionting, but the tools are like I expected.”

Unfortunately you do seem to be confusing this purchase with some other, made from a different vendor. We do not sell woodturning tools in wooden boxes, never have and probably never will. Neither your order, nor the website description, nor the product description says anything about a wooden box. So, I'm sorry that you are disappointed but that disappointment is not related to anything about this transaction. I'm happy that the tools are to your satisfaction as we know they would be - we only sell good tools. As we say to all of our client: if you have a problem, please contact us in the first instance so that we can correct any errors. Whilst in this case, there is no fault to correct, it would have ben useful to have resolved this for you immediately instead of waiting for a review.

“Not had a chance to try out the Beall Threader, which arrive in good order and well packed. Service from Toolpost cannot be faulted. Only niggle I could raise is the Beall 82 degree countersink is not the sharpest and I will have to sharpen before putting it to use.”
