“I found the site to be easy to navigate around and to find the tools I was looking for. The service, including fast replies to my order and quick despatch was very good. I would like to see PayPal being used for a payment processor.”

“Finding and identifying the different products was quite difficult with no images or drawings specific for each item. But after checkout everything was great, was kept informed and knew exactly when i would receive the items.”

“Very prompt dispatch, however the postage charge was excessive. I paid Â£5.95, yet it was stamped for Â£2.90. That's Â£3 charge for a simple plastic bag that must have cost 20p at the most. Otherwise an efficient & quick transaction.”

“Very pleased with quality of products, also with delivery time and packaging. Website displays a wide range of useful woodturning tools and supplies, and offers useful advice. Would like to use this seller more, but expensive postage cost to N Ireland is likely to be a disincentive. Sellers who use Royal Mail or charge a flat UK postage rate are likely to do more business with internet customers in N Ireland.”
