“Website good; online explanations, descriptions and quips good; prices and wide choice of materials - good, quality good, delivery arrived when expected. All good, I like toolpost and find them very reliable, I just wish it was located closer to me so I didn't have to pay delivery surcharges.”

“The parcel arrived safely but only just , a part of the address was missing and had it been a larger area I would not have received the item a slight error as the address on the receipt was perfect.”

Thanks, Ian, for the confirmation of delivery - as expected. The address used on the parcel is that determined by the courier's shipment booking system as adequate to secure safe delivery and clearly they go it right. Isn't a great when technology really works well!? UPS right on the ball.

“Next day delivery was unexpected, and goods well packed. I was a little disappointed with the backplate, as I was not expecting cast iron, but mild steel, like my chrome plated Axminster K10 backplate this has replaced. The lack of pictures of the items for sale, lets the site down”
