“I've had two deliveries from ToolPost and not once was any effort made to deliver them to my door. I sit there like a lemon waiting, only to discover they've been left else where, and that was by chance. I wasn't even notified of their whereabouts.”

“Despatched faster than they'd committed to, my respirator was with me a day early - which was very welcome. There was some problem with my card too, but Toolpost swung into action and straightened everything out very swiftly and helpfully. Many thanks - back again soon! ;o)”

“How highly could I rate The Toolpost. I doubt highly enough. Peter and the team are always willing to help, guide, answer questions (again and again!) and generally welcome you to the shop and woodturning community. Having used The Toolpost for a number of years now, including making some very large purchases over which I took my time. I can only say that they ensured that I came out with what was best for me and did not try to empty my wallet for the sake of it. I was able to test, dither, question, dither and always their response was kind and helpful. How often do you come across such service? Always, at The Toolpost!”

“As the purchases I was considering, such as a vaccum dust extractor and an air filter (for decoration purposes - chemically stripping old paint from some wood to varnish it, or sanding other wood as a key for repainting, and repairing and smoothing plaster on walls prior to repapering-), were quite expensive, I wanted to be sure that what I bought would be suitable, so I phoned Toolpost, and was able to speak to Peter, who was very hepful and knowledgeable in his advice and guidance in my choice of products to meet my requirements. And if he couldn't speak to me at the times I called, he did ring back. Old school service. marvellous. Thanks Peter. Regards, Roy.”
