Excellent pricing and fast delivery, how can you beat that? Good communication throughout the process makes the ToolPost a pleasure to do business with!

Very good service. Quick, well packed items. When I made a mess of an order, it was sorted within the week with no complaints, just co-operation.

I'm very pleased indeed. Before ordering the product, I telephoned for advice, and was given excellent, polite and friendly service. I then made the order at 1445 on Monday, and received the item first post the following morning. The product is really excellent quality, and just what I needed. I'll have no hesitation in ordering from Toolpost in the future.

Excellent service, using DPD is a good choice as they are by far the best carrier giving an early text, or email, notice of a 1 hour slot when your delivery will arrive, can even track the driver if you wish! Toolpost have a great range of tools, at excellent prices. Highly recommended

Very prompt service, but a little disappointed with one of the blanks which had a nasty knot hole which went three quarters of an inch into the blank.

Placed my order at 4pm one day, it arrived by noon the following day. what more do I need to say other than it's been to darn cold to go into the workshop to try it.

The smock is a brilliant design - shame the VAT element wasn't given more prominence in the advert! If I'm to nit pick I think the sleeves could do to be a little bit longer (no doubt there are those who would suggest the opposite - perhaps the answer might be multiple lengths - I know stock numbers probably preclude this) I think the collar fastening might be better as a button and dual button holes. The Velcro makes the front of the collar very stiff and when you bend your head forward to look down it tends to restrict breathing by digging into the neck! As I have said, the design is good - it just needs a bit of tweaking

John, thanks for your feedback. I'm afraid that the only answer to a perfect fit is to find the perfect tailor. We have lengthened the sleeves and yes, as you say, people have complained that they are 'too long'! There's no winning in this game, it seems. May I make a suggestion regarding the collar (which will soften as the garment is used and washed). Instead of wrapping the collar closely around your neck like a scarf, try bringing the two closure ends together such that they cross at about ninety degrees rather than being in line. This flattens the collar but still keeps the chips away. You can adjust the angle of crossover to alter the protrusion of the collar. Maybe you're a bit like me and don't have a lot of neck to wrap it around! Thanks again for the feedback.

Despite being told, when placing order, that carriage would be £11.90 I was charged a much increased £15.88. I think this was poor practice and has left me with a poor opinion of how The ToolPost deals with it's customers.

Jack. Why didn't you get straight back into contact as soon as you spotted the error? You are perfectly correct: someone here has made an error and charged you the shipping rate for deliveries in the Republic. We'll arrange for a credit to your card for the difference, today. Apologies for the error. Maybe we need to improve the geography syllabus in schools too?

I ordered just one item from the Toolpost. Ordering on line was easy and trouble free. The item arrived within a couple of days. My only criticism was the fact that I got an e mail from the delivery company stating that my item would be arriving on Thursday 7th January. I then got a further e mail from them stating that there was a delay in that they had not received the item. I actually got the item on Thursday delivered by Royal Mail. Regards
