“Rubbish quality towels. I bought their "Royal Egyptian" 500 GSM towels which are their mid thickness towels apparently. They were awful; thin and small with multiple threads hanging off them. I'd hate to see what they describe as low thickness. They charge for returns so I will keep them but I will not buy from here again”
“Wrong colour items were sent for my bulk shipment to Amazon which resulted in back to back returns and negative customer experiences for which my listing got deactivated.
I had to then remove all the stock which resulted in me loosing money on all the ads run for that listing plus the delivery charges & removal costs. The pitty is that when I asked for an apology for this blunder they just wouldn't do it and ignored it like no biggie because their ego is so through the roof.
Very very disappointed !!!!”
