The second pair had a small issue, so I contacted them and a replacement pair was sent out immediately. I couldn't praise their customer service highly enough, I would thoroughly recommend this company and will continue buying these fab wellies for many years to come.”
“Both me and a friend bought wellies about a year ago. The inside sole on both pairs have disintegrated and have big holes in them. You can see the rubber heel on the inside of the boot. Both pairs have had light use. Very disappointing I bought a second pair and will not get much use out of them before they fail too. I think they should be replaced. Look forward to response to my complaint.”
