“First of all I went to ernest joans to have a battery changed they said they will have to send it away to have it changed they said if I want it done now I should take it to the watch lab we recommend them they are very good and we take some of our watches there to have battery's and other bits done very good service would use them again”

“MARC JACOBS WATCH BATTERY REPLACED,SLEALED WATCH CLEANED AT SILVERBURN GLASGOW ,LEFT WATCH DONE SOME SHOPPING WAS TOLD TOLD WOULD BE READY 30 MINS WAS AN HOUR LATER I RETURNED WATCH WAS READY FOR COLLECTION LOOKED LIKE A NEW WATCH AFTER CLEANING.GREAT SERVICE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMED.”

“Calvin replaced the batteries in both my omega and my husband's omega watches. Both watches were cleaned also. Calvin explained how and why The Watch lab were authorised to carry out work on omega watches. I was delighted that all work was carried out in one hour while I remained on the premises. I would thoroughly recommend The Watch lab.”

“Wow- What a bunch of poorly trained customer facing individuals!! I have read a few comments about the reading branch in the trail and have to agree with all of them. This is first review I have left online in my life as I was so compelled to share their 'Cowboy' approach to customers- I have parted with nearly £800 for 2 watch repairs and battery replacement- The Omega watch has been back for another battery and now needs another (less than a month later) and the Tag is still out for service, 3 weeks over estimated time- AVOID and send to the professionals- Will not use again, will be dusting off the sun dial before I go back!!!!”

“Your shop in Reading replaced the battery in my Timberland watch on the 24th June (along with 2 other watches) but they couldn't refit the strap so advised they would send it to your HO and I should get it back in about a week. I called to chase on 7th July and was told that they would check where it was and to date, still no call. 3 weeks to fit a strap? Ironically, that watch came from one of your other Group's shops and isn't that old - surprised it needed a battery so soon. Poor customer service”

“I asked Watch Lab to restore a 1983 Record watch which was my Late Fathers retirement watch. The watch had previously been dropped into water many years ago and despite repeated repair attempts has never worked properly since. The watch has been lying in a drawer for the last 29 years. I tried to wind the watch and the crown wheel came off. As the watch is of great sentimental value to my Mother I decided to get it restored. I took it to the Watch Labs Glasgow store and was attended to by a lovely Lady called Jessica Slinger. Jessica was very knowledgable and gave me a price for the restoration which included a new mechanism, crown wheel, glass face and new strap. The watch seems to be working fine now. Although the restoration was not cheap ( probably about twice the value of the watch ) my Mother was absolutely delighted with the watch. Hopefully it will now work as it should for many more years to come.”

“1999 Omega Seamaster Pro Mid Size. Full service and clean. Watch came back after 9 weeks looking like new! Was quoted between 8 & 10 weeks so timeliness good. Also good communication to advise of extra work - watch needed a new clasp, now new one installed do realise how bad the old one was, so did need doing! Would recommend and will use again in a few years.”
