“Expensive charge to replace battery in Tissot watch. Sent away to their head office for 'expert' attention but they set the date completely incorrectly which I only discovered when I returned home. Sent an email to point this out but they did not bother to give me the courtesy of a reply.”

“I put my watch in to Buchan Galleries to get a link removed and a slack pin tightened. On return of my watch it hand not even been cleaned and was still covered in prints. Three of the pins have damage to the screw heads that could only have been done with an undersized screw driver. The pins were set with loctite but are still so tight that the bracelet is stiff. Being a high quality watch I would not recommend or use this company again. Rolex Deep-sea.”

“They carried out the repair in a timely fashion. They did a good job. I wanted a new strap as near as possible to the original. In addition I wanted the metal surround cleaned and polished and where possible have some marine corrosion removed.”

“Took 2 Seiko Kenetic watches for repair to the Manchester branch, the capacitor that stores the charge needed replacing. Also had glass replaced at same. One was quite old and I was unsure if this was still repairable. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeabl. Seemed genuinely pleased to help. Watches were returned within stated repair time.”

“I was looked after by Greg at the Leeds branch. Did an excellent job, and an enthusiastic young man which means he enjoys his job, always a good sign. I just wanted the strap on my new Longines adjusting but i wanted it done properly. They did i fine job. Again service was great.”
