We're sorry that you are not completely satisfied with our service on this occasion. We strive to offer the best quality products and an exception level of customer support. As your strap is well within our 6 month warranty period, we do urge you to return it to us so that we can resolve any issues that you are having (you should by no means be left with a faulty product). Our policy is to refund postage on faulty items, however, we do ask that the item is first sent back to us so that we can assess it for fault. Once a fault has been confirmed, we will arrange an immediate refund of your postage in-line with our returns policy. We will then repair or replace the item and send this back to you via an express postage service at no charge. Should you wish to contact us via telephone, please feel free to do so on 020 3887 3722. “I have bought 2 staps from here in two different colours, the defiant in black and the vengeance in burgundy. Both are really good build quality and are comfortable and wearing well. The packaging feels very high-end and would actually make a nice gift box or just a box to store the straps. Overall i am very happy with them.”
