“I have already reviewed in trust pilot I was so disappointed as my order was not filled correctly. I was advised I would receive a free glass with each of my laphroig miniatures. This was for my special day, my wedding. Your company said they had advertised incorrectly therefore mis advertised. You will now understand why I was so upset and could not recommend your company or use again. Regards”

Hi Margaret, Thank you for your review. It's our sincere regret that you were disappointed with your order; however, as we explained in the email, the free glasses we have advertised are only for orders of 70cl bottlings of Laphroaig, and not for the miniature 5cl bottles you ordered. It was clearly stated on the banner as well, and we apologise if you missed it. We have also offered you to arrange for a free return if you would like. “I got excited that they had the rum I have been struggling to get for over a month. But I received an email a day or so later saying they didn’t actually have it. I paid the extra for my replacement and they delivered it quickly.”

“YOUR SITE WAS GOOD, HOWEVER PICKING UPS IS WHERE THE PROBLEM HAS ARRISEN. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER WHICH HAS BEEN IN THE COUNTRY SINCE MONDAY. REASON BEING THAT THEY HAVE SENT ME AN INVOICE FOR CUSTOMS AND VAT ONLY TODAY. THIS AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH IMPORTERS CODE, VAT NUMBERS ETC. THEY NEVER SENT AN INVOICE UNTIL TODAY WHEN WE ASKED THEM WHERE THE SHIPMENT WAS.”
