“Very upset by miniature bottles- I realize that I should read the fine print, however, over $300 I figured I was getting full size bottles (picture appeared that way as well). So disappointed, paid so much money for basically 3 shots of Scotch.....lesson learned. :-(”

“I ordered a really expensive bottle of scotch, it was left at my front door, not any fault of whiskey world.. but the package was stolen and whiskey world stated that they would not refund or replace because I had left directions to leave by front door if I wasn't here to sign for it. I was here to sign for it, but the shipping company didn't ring the bell, they just left it by the front door.”

“I ordered and paid for a boxed 1 litre of Black Bushmills. I received an unboxed 700ml. I phoned to report the discrepancy and was assured someone would telephone me back. They didn't. I had to chase again to secure a partial refund after being told the description was wrong!”

“package was not delivered as promised, and was given different answers from the office and from the driver that was to deliver it. office said it was delivered to a neighbor which was NOT true, no neighbor had it, and per the driver it was the wrong address and didnt deliver then only end of last week.”
