“I purchased a dressing gown from them on-line, but unfortunately I had to return it as it was too big and not the material I thought it was going to be. I purchased this with a paper voucher, but when I received my refund this was sent to me as an electronic voucher, which is great as I don't have to use the whole value of the voucher all at once. Took less than 24 hours to receive refund, very quick and efficient service. Well done White Company”

“Excellent product information via web, catalogues and their staff in -store. Their customer service people are extremely helpful over the phone too. They are the whole package; great Stagg, products and sakes are great value too. I love the WC for all my clothes and home goods.”

“Excellent customer service and genuinely nice people in their Sloane Street store. It is so unusual to experience the same warm, positive and helpful service attitude form all staff in one location.
