“Ordered a number of items - No delivery charge if over £50 spent. Can track order. Easy to return any unwanted items for full refund either in-store or by postal return.”

“I wanted to exchange two items (that I had received as gifts and I didn't have the receipt!) to my favourite fragrance which is Seychelles. The Irish lady in the Westfield London branch was just so helpful and spent time with me explaing the products and what I could get in their 40% discount day. I felt like it was my birthday by the end of my visit their as I seemed to come away with alot for only spending a few pounds more. That has never happened to me before and wish I had more shopping trips like that!”
