Never received delivery, they use a courier that is famous for not delivering to the right place. Got photo of location but is not my door or any door i recodnise. Very poor service now £30.00 out of pocket and have to now spend more money buying somewhere else.

Online Order. 5 items were missing from the delivery. I sent a query to their customer service and another query 5 days later and they still havent replied to either. They haven't refunded my money nor replaced the missing items.

Then I tracked it Friday and found it was on it's way back to the sender! My local delivery man hasn't even seen it so I suppose it got damaged, maybe because of poor packaging (only a guess).
