“From having to wait for our pick up order over 20 minutes from when they said it would be ready to then screwing up the order. I ordered the hipster on a white bun. I got it on a sesame bun and with no avocado!! That's why I ordered it. Very disappointed.”

“The parasol I ordered *clearly* shows it has a tilt facility which is what I needed. What I *got, was a basic parasol with no tilt mechanism. I wasted money and now have to spend *more* money buying the item I needed with a tilt mechanism. Where the tilt part should be, a bit of scratched metal pole has been put. It's jammed in so hard that the parasol pole has started to split.(see photo)”

“Expected items to arrive in store today but sent e mail to customer services to ask iff items on their way. They gave me a tracking number and information that the items are on their way to store. According to Hermes they are expecting them soon. Ordered them 3 days ago..Not happy . I know 3 days can sometimes be a day late for various reasons, but they should have contacted me to tell me.”
