“I placed an order last week and have been unable to contact them via phone or e-mail since. Basically exactly the same issue as in the review I have just read written by Emily. The e-mails to customer services just bounce back. The emails to their sales team just disappear in the ether. Can anyone confirm what is happening please? They were efficient in taking my money and a shambles since.”

“Not at all impressed. Ordered a bed that should have arrived for Christmas guests. I chased and chased for an update on delivery which was not forthcoming. Last week, having left several voice mails (no one was answering the phone), I finally get an email saying they cannot now deliver before Christmas! I asked them to cancel the order and I managed to get another bed delivered via Amazon WITHIN 48 hours. And it was only £67! It is fabulous. However, despite writing 4 emails in the meantime asking for my money back, nothing has been credited and no one is responding to my emails. I don't like writing negative reviews, but on this occasion I am pretty furious.”
“I ordered a dressing table and two bedside cabinets and they are absolutely gorgeous. They came fully built, only had to screw the legs on to the dressing table, and therefore had them in place in the bedroom within minutes of them being delivered. The service was second to none and the communication from the store was excellent when organising a delivery date for me. The store also contacted me with a courtesy call a few days after my delivery to confirm that the delivery went smoothly and that I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be a returning customer for my next furniture requirements. Many, many thanks for a great experience.”
“I am really pleased with my "Casablanca" Fire pit set - both the table and chairs are well made and good quality. The chairs are very comfortable and I would be happy to recommend this garden set to anyone looking to buy something that little bit different. Whilst I had to wait about 10 weeks or so because of its popularity - it was worth the wait.
