“I ordered a whole turbot. The person I spoke with could not have been kinder, and more helpful, even giving me tips on cooking it. It arrived beautifully prepared and incredibly fresh. We all thought it the best fish we had ever eaten.”

“From ordering to delivery, everything went to plan. I received the box which was insulated and packed with ice bags, a couple of which were still solidly frozen. Everything used was sustainable and sensibly used. When it came to the product, well; The oysters were worth every penny paid. As fresh as if I’d collected them instead of having them delivered. I had a dozen on delivery and another dozen the next day straight from the fridge. There was no noticeable difference betwixt the two lots. I’m hooked, no more buying older and less tastier from the fish market, I’ll pay the extra bit (postage) and enjoy beautiful oysters every time.”
