“Excellent fish and seafood and excellent service. We’re always contacted if something we ordered isn’t available and offered a replacement or a refund. The fish is first class and one of the few benefits of the pandemic is that we discovered Wright Brothers and now eat more fish. Couldn’t be better.”

“Another brilliant “catch of the day” box. Monkfish tails were a nice surprise- first time I’d had them in a fish box. As always, the quality was tip-top. Efficiently packed, ready for the freezer. Had the monkfish straight away- delicious. Such good value, for spanking fresh fish.”

“I’m always happy with your products, but on my last delivery DPD let you down badly. Despite instructing them to deliver to a specified neighbour, they left our lobster and scallops outside the front door on a warm day, and sent me a photo which obviously shows the door was closed/ no one home. Contrary to my instructions and their stated policy and ridiculous for fresh and expensive seafood”

Hi Chris, Thanks for reporting this to us. It's always disappointing to hear about a lapse in service standards from DPD and rest assured we will follow this up with them. They operate a large network which on the whole works exceptionally well, but with so many drivers up and down the country, occasionally isolated incidents can occur. Luckily our insulated boxes should be able to withstand a few hours in direct sunlight and the advice we always give is to download the DPD app so that you receive real-time tracking and alerts. “Friends birthday present I ordered the Carlingford oysters, oyster knife and a bottle of Picpoul for my friend’s birthday present. Unfortunately they had sold out of the oysters but contacted me to ask if they could replace them with Jersey’s instead which was great. My friend said it felt as though she was back in the restaurant but with her pj’s on and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much.”

“I have tried different online fish retailers over the years but I now routinely and only buy fish from Wright Bros. The quality is exceptional and all the package is recyclable. The range has increased since their launch online - I also like the “pot luck” component of the market fish box. I love Wright Bros so much I now place orders for other family members with them or send their gift boxes.”
