Emailed Wright Bros twice for advice on my order (frozen prawns were semi defrosted on arrival) and no response received. Poor show.

This was the most average meal we have had in a long time. Sadly - expensive as well. Over two hours to get food served. Mussels mostly closed and not fresh. Monkfish overcooked and two ribeye steaks that were not rib eye steaks. All sides very average and homemade looking - not in a good way. £300 for a forgettable meal. Nice waiter but not a good waiter.

The 25% missu discount wasn’t applied, not even after querying they issue with customer services. A couple of the jersey oysters were dead and crab was not as tasty as in the past I’m afraid. So feel quality is declining.

Hi There, Thanks for taking the time to review your order. I'm very sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with everything. I have checked and can see that the MISSU25 discount has been applied to your order but two items were excluded due to being in the 'Heat at home' range - these were advertised as not eligible for the MISSU25 discount, but everything else was discounted accordingly. Our crab supplier has not changed, nor have we had any similar feedback in this regard. We are very sorry a couple of Oysters were dead on arrival. All products I've had have been of very good quality EXCEPT FORE THE SARDINES WHICH WERE TOTAL RUBBISH ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG YOU'VE HAD THESE FROZEN BUT I HAD TO THINK TWICE ABOUT GIVING THEM TO THE CAT.

I am very pleased and amazed by the service, the efficiency and the professionalism of Wright Bros At Home. I had a little difficulty while I was ordering online and when I called to ask help it was more than excellent. My products arrived safely online, nothing was missing and packaging was very safe. Many thanks, not only I will order again but have shared this feedback with friends and family. Keep it going!

Great company to order from . There was an out of stock item but they got in touch with me about a suitable replacement . Also there was an item that wasn’t up to their usual quality which was unusable and they refunded, good to know if things aren’t acceptable they will do something about it Will use again and highly recommend

Excellent service, I had email from delivery company as they had problems & couldn't deliver. Wright Bros phoned me straight away to offer refund or another delivery. 20.00 and my parcel arrived! Temperature checked the contents and the frozen still frozen and the chilled no higher than 5°c ..perfect... the outside temperature that week was 24- 28°c!! Will definitely order again.

Unfortunately this time I had to bin all the fish. When I open the bags containing fish they smell bad. I believe there was been an issue with the delivery. I assume the combination between hot weather and DPD not having refrigerated trucks is the reason for the issue.

Hi Silvia, Our customer service team has tried to get in touch regarding your recent order. If you ever feel there is something not right, please get in touch straight away. Our aim is that all customers are completely satisfied with what they receive and if that is not the case, we really would like to hear about it. I don't believe the problem would be due to the warm weather or DPD's vans, as our packaging is tested rigorously to withstand very warm conditions for the duration of the transit. We do have to adjust the amount of ice and insulation but you should always expect your fish to arrive in tip-top condition, whatever the weather. Best wishes, The Wright Brothers

Like the brand (have been visiting the restaurants and ordering online for years). However, lately, standards appear to have dropped. Bad service and items damaged or missing from deliveries. I would invite 'the Brand' to try and remember what got you to where you are today....

Hi Matthew, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you feel standards have dropped. This is not what we would want to hear as our 'at home' team work tirelessly to continually improve the customer experience. I have looked at your order history over the past year and can only see one issue that we have been made aware of (leaking scallop meat) which was quickly addressed. If there have been other issues we would strongly urge you to inform us so that we can address these too. Please rest assured that although we will never be able to completely eradicate issues occurring (this is a highly complex industry to operate in), this does not stop us trying! In the last ten months, we have introduced next-day deliveries, near 100% recyclable/compostable packaging, and expanded the range to include 'Heat at home', 'Pantry' and 'Fresh Meat' among other products. We continuously check that our prices are competitive and have introduced countless depot and website updates all aimed at improving the customer experience and driving quality.
