Poor customer service. Courier displaced the parcel and the customer gets the blame.

Excellent VAR Salmon. Wonderful selection of fish and seafood. Fast delivery, professional service. Salmon raised in the sea, not in tanks on land. It is pure joy in every bite! Try it with the samphire! So happy to have salmon back on my menu.

A nice range. stressing simple items though with some lavish shellfish if you want to splash out. I've found them completely reliable, and they are my preferred source of mussels, which like everything else arrive very well packaged and on the day planned.

I am always delighted with the quality of the products I get from Wright Brothers. Their fresh fish is in a league of its own. Everyone who eats it, comments on the outstanding fresh flavour.

I ate at the Battersea Power station restaurant. I ordered mussels in white wine sauce as a main. Many mussels were closed and thus not suitable to eat. The fries that accompanied the mussels were broken up in tiny pieces. When I complained to the restaurant staff, they said they would inform the Chef and that was the end of the story. I don't recommend TBH.

I have ordered previously and placed two orders for xmas 2022. I was very disappointed with some of the expiry dates on the items ordered. We had to throw the cooked Lobster out as the expiry for this was the 26th and when we went to have lunch, it didn't smell too good so we didn't want to take our chances! We had another issue with the mussels that were ordered. I sent a photo of the ones that didn't open to Wright Brothers and they decided to send a refund for the amount that didn't open and for £2.55 on the 29th December. I personally thought that they would have sent out a new batch. Unsure whether I will be placing my orders with them in the future which is disappointing.

I would like to rave about the plumptious mussels delivered on 22nd December. Can't beat our south coast mussels. The gammon was spot on too. Thank you.

Absolutely abismal - I order mussels for a dinner party on the 22 Dec - sat here till 2 o'clock heard nothing - no calls, no messages, no email updates - rang only to be told this would now not be delivered today ! I understand that there are strikes and people are swamped but common decency says you let the customer know so that they can make alternative arrangements! I now have only a few hours to sort out an alterntive - due to the total lack of communcation! to say I am angry is an understatement !

Booked the wrong gift voucher .... and they sorted it out for me - refunded it and then I ordered the correct one - was confused as I haven't visited the restaurant and it was a gift - excellent service !!

We live and dine out regularly in London and love seafood, but the party of seven we were treating to a Christmas lunch were really shocked by the strange, surly attitude of our waiter. So much so that my daughter insisted the service charge was removed from the bill at the end. My wife was first to order, after which he suddenly said 'so is that it then?' looking at the rest of us. He then took the rest of our orders with a reluctant aire and immediately left without asking about drinks. One of my party then had to find him to come back and take our drink order, normally done first in other restuarants, the first bottle of wine was served nicely by a girl, when he brought the wine, he poured two glasses, then walked off with it and left it out of sight on a shelf, unattended, at the back of the restuarant for some reason, another of our party then had to find him again to ask where our wine had gone! Very strange behaviour, which really took the edge off of our Christmas reunion sadly.

I saw Collingford Irish oysters on Adrian Dunbar's TV programme about his Irish roots & immediately wanted some! Never had oysters before, so ordered 2 dozen for a Christmas treat. They're in the freezer. Beautifully packaged in ice & despatched very quickly. Clearly a well-organised & efficient company.
