“Used to take legs up on some cropped jeans. When I went to collect they hadn't been finished with the turnup as I'd asked but were very quick and apologetic & the girls dropped everything to adjust to my liking there and then, which only resulted in 5 min wait. They are very helpful with advice & encourage you to try on to check you are happy with their work. I will continue to use them, this is about my 4th visit.”

“An extremely good job carried out on a coat which looks like it never had never been torn. A commitment for the coat to be mended for a weekend away and this was achieved. Very good service.”

“What a great company ZipYard Staines are! The service is only brilliant and 2nd to none. The Manager and his staff are so friendly and have a "can do" attitude at all times no matter how awkward or difficult the job. I got a lot of repairing done with them recently and I could not be more satisfied with the standard of workmanship. I certainly have and will recommend them highly to my friends and family. Hi Kerry, thank you for your comments and I pleased to read you were very happy with the alteration work that was completed. As with all customers the work that is needed to be carried out on the clothing is assessed and based on complexity and time a price given for the work being completed in our very nice shop experience by our highly trained seamstresses. Thank you

Thank you for your comments. I can see you last shopped with us back 2014. Since then we have a new owner, manager and team of seamstresses in and as you can see from other reviews things are a lot better. Hopefully you will try us out once again. Thank you

I have had two dresses altered and both have been finished to a high standard and ahead of the time given for the job - am thoroughly impressed and have referred several friends and colleagues to the team in Staines.
