“I emailed ahead of purchasing my chosen product with a question and the customer service was 10/10. They got back to me so quickly and were so helpful. I proceeded the buy the product I had questioned about and they did not disappoint. So pleased with it and would definitely shop with the Bebe Hive again!!”

Your order was for a handmade item which is shipped from Europe and so they can take a few days longer to arrive. Your tracking number gives an expected delivery date from the courier however if you need assistance please email and i can look into this further for you. Kind Regards, Lauren

“Bought a beautiful blue wooden rainbow for a friend's new baby, which he can use when he is older to make tunnels and shapes :) the only reason for 4 stars is the box arrived all battered in one corner and as this is a present it's not ideal but not the end of the world either. Doesnt distract from a beautiful product :)”

“I have yet to receive the parcel, which is so very disappointing as selected speedy delivery and it was for a birthday and what’s even more disappointing is that I have not had a response to email enquiring about the parcels whereabouts.”
