As discussed in our emails, our team dispatched your order within two working days and the delays experienced as down to three failed attempted deliveries by Royal Mail. Hi Mandy I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service you received and the shipping option selected. I have looked into this and i can see the tracking provided on your order page shows your parcel as delivered. If this isn't the case we are more than happy to take this up with the courier and claim for a missing parcel as we would never expect someone to pay for something they did not receive.
