This company is a scam! The material was extremely low quality and when I contacted them to return the product, they refused to give me my money back..which does not align with their return policy on their website. The dresses I bought are going directly in the trash… what a waste.

terrible delivery device, no help from online staff , delivered to post office instead of my home , i do not drive so had to go to post office by taxi, return trip cost me £20 , i am disgusted with the service, i paid fir next day delivery

Hi Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have taken a look at your order and i can see that your Betty's Home cushion was dispatched on February 3rd. Royal Mail attempted delivery on the 5th but nobody was home to receive and the tracking shows a redelivery card was left. Unfortunuately as the item was not collected or a redelivery arranged, Royal Mail returned the item to us on February 28th. Hi, I received the kids paddle pool but there was a hole, I want to return it has it is faulty and I am not happy

Hi Rivan, we can see on your order tracking that their has been an issue with UPS and unfortunately your order seems to be stuck at the UPS depot in Tamworth since January 4th. This was an issue due to Brexit and some European orders did see issues. We have raised a claim with UPS and will be sure to keep updating you, with the view to refund or resend at the earliest opportunity. Our customer service team will keep in touch. I made an order for some cushions just over a month ago, I've yet to receive the cushions and have had no update from the Bebe Hive team about the status of our order. Really poor service from a brand I expected more of!

I ordered my cushions over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived. I have been given a tracking number, but that just says the cushions have been dispatched. And that was over a week ago... then I’m asked to review you... sorry, I’m not so far impressed.

I have yet to receive the parcel, which is so very disappointing as selected speedy delivery and it was for a birthday and what’s even more disappointing is that I have not had a response to email enquiring about the parcels whereabouts.

this is completely unsatisfactory as I was charged almost double the value of the item in postage and it has still not arrived at the destination. Would never use this company again

Hi Mandy I'm sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the service you received and the shipping option selected. I have looked into this and i can see the tracking provided on your order page shows your parcel as delivered. If this isn't the case we are more than happy to take this up with the courier and claim for a missing parcel as we would never expect someone to pay for something they did not receive.
