(My wife at home almost 24/7 btw.) And they didn't even tell the currier company name to ask them about the parcel... Such a wierd experience... “Scam! Ordered something in October 2022 and it is now February 2023 and I have still not received it. I have reached out to the company multiple times and no responses. The website is now “down.” Don’t waist your money unless you like giving away free money.”

“If I could give less than one star I would… ordered 9 weeks ago and still nothing. About a month after I placed my order I queried it’s whereabouts as I felt like it was taking a while; they sent me tracking details, which have now not been updated since 4th June. I tried to email their support again, responding to an email I had already received from them, to an address that I had successfully used before and it came back two days later “undeliverable”. I sent the same message through their customer support page on their website a week ago now and still no response! Out of pocket, missing my order, now being ignored… do not order from these people! Absolute scam.”
