“Terrible persuasion over the phone, denying all the bad reviews and trying to convince me that I should sell my car with them. Poor!”

“Don't trust the "guaranteed" price promises. I was lured in by a good price and promises of always paying what's offered, but on collection, I got a call telling me they were paying half the original amount quoted.”
